Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. However, if you are not happy, we will gladly accept returns initiated within 30 days of your purchase.
Please email us at support@thechrysalisstone.com with your order number, and we'll take care of the rest.
If you've created an account with us, please go to your order history, copy the order number and contact us.
If you checked out as a guest, no worries! Please check your order confirmation email from us, copy the order number and contact us.
We will email you the instruction to return your product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is super easy!
It involves only 3 steps:
- Attach and Insert the labels
- Drop it off at your nearest UPS
Refunds
Please kindly note that returns can take 3 - 5 business days to process. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify that your refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 - 5 business days.
